Order Process:
1. Purchase the Grillz: Once you place your order, we’ll ship out a complimentary molding kit.
2. Create Your Mold: Follow the included step-by-step instructions to make an accurate impression of your teeth.
3. Return the Mold: Send the completed mold to the address provided. (Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.)
4. Production: After inspecting the mold, we will begin production. The crafting process generally takes 4-5 business days.
5. Receive Your Custom Grillz: Once completed, your custom grillz will be shipped to you.
U.S. Customers: The entire process typically takes about 10–15 business days.
International Customers: Please allow 3–5 weeks for delivery.
Important Note:
These removable grillz are intended for temporary cosmetic use. Always remove them before eating, drinking, sleeping, or engaging in any activity where they may become dislodged. Improper use may result in a choking hazard.

Refund Policy:
All grillz are custom made to order and therefore are non-refundable.
We strive to produce grillz that fit perfectly. If you encounter any issues, please contact us before proceeding further.
If a mold is unusable, we will notify you and offer guidance. Please follow the molding instructions carefully, as a replacement mold kit will need to be purchased if your initial mold cannot be used.

Privacy policy
• You can request a refund within 30 days of purchase ONLY if production has not begun on your Grillz. The refund will only be processed back to the original payment method.
- If you choose to cancel your order before you send us back your molds, you will only receive a partial refund, meaning you will be charged shipping/handling plus an $18.50 fee per mold kit sent.
- The remaining balance will be processed back to the original payment method.
Every refund contains a 10% cancelation fee that will be deducted from the total price minus the $18.50 per mold kit. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Once receiving the finished product, you have exactly 7 days to communicate any fitting issues or factory defects. After 7 days, any adjustments will have a charge of $70 that will include a set of molding kits and shipping services.
- Any Grillz that you send for adjustment with physical damage will not be adjusted or repaired. That includes cracks, scratches, bends, and dents.
-All sales are non-refundable once production has begun.
• If a BUYER places an order and wants to cancel the order, the buyer MUST SEND US A DIRECT REQUEST of cancellation to our Etsy inbox within 4 HOURS OF PURCHASE or BEFORE we notify you the delivery of your mold kits.
• Our team provided a step-by-step instruction for your molding at home, so please read our instructions thoroughly that comes along with your mold kits before you start.
- Customers are responsible for providing a good mold impression, Grillz will be made exactly to the impression that we receive.
- There are TWO mold kits included in each order. In case you run out of molding kits. The Customer will be responsible for purchasing new mold kits from our store to continue the process. The Molding kits cost $18.50(including shipping).
-There is no return label included for sending your molds back to our store - customers are responsible for delivering their molds back to our store.
-After receiving the mold kit, the customer has 90-days to send us the mold. If our team does not receive the impressed mold within 90-days the order will be canceled WITH NO REFUNDS.
